Location : BangaloreShift : 6PM - 3AMWork Model : Work from Office (Mon-Fri)Main Role : Strategic sourcing of goods & services by leveraging supplier’s capabilities & innovations, challenging costs , capturing market opportunities and reducing suppliers related risksPlease apply only if you are comfortable with the Shift timing and Work Model .Roles & Responsibilities:- Conduct market scanning and analysis and assess industry trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements - Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers - Creation of category strategy, Project procurement plan, supplier score cards - Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as sales, presales, GSO,OM, finance, and legal departments, to understand their needs and requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between procurement activities and organizational goals - Utilize Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to design and optimize end-to-end procurement processes. Document detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each phase of procurement, ensuring clarity and consistency - Create detailed reports and interactive dashboards to effectively communicate insights - Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations to inform decision-making. - Partner with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven support for strategic initiatives. - Utilize visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView to present data in a clear and engaging manner. - Apply analytical tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or R to conduct advanced data analysis (preferred but not mandatory).
