About the Role:One of our U.S.-based clients is looking for an experienced Senior Splunk Consultant specializing in Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) to join their global technology team. The ideal candidate will be located in India and must be able to work U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders across all organizational levels to identify needs and use cases.Gather requirements, design end‑to‑end Splunk solutions, and implement them using Splunk and Splunk ES.Work on complex solutions, including multi‑site, clustered, cloud‑based, and integrated environments.Operate independently or as part of a team, on‑site or remote, in hands‑on or advisory capacities depending on the project.Stay current with emerging technologies through ongoing training opportunities.Lead small project teams and provide mentorship to junior team members.Qualifications:7+ years of experience in an IT‑related field.3+ years of hands‑on experience with Splunk and Splunk Enterprise Security (ES).2–5 years of consulting experience.Technical SkillsExperience designing and implementing complex Splunk architectures, such as: Multi‑site clusters, Search head clusters, Multi‑tiered environments, Cloud‑based solutions.Strong Linux and Windows experience, including Linux command line and tools like vi.Scripting and programming experience (Bash, Python, Java) and familiarity with databases.Web development experience (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus.Splunk ES and CCC certifications are preferred.Analytics or statistical modeling experience is a plus.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and presentation abilities.Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments.Proven ability to collaborate across organizational levels.Self‑motivated, able to work independently, and passionate about continuous learning.A team player who enjoys new challenges and diverse experiences.Education:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Analysis, or related field.Master’s degree is a plus.
