Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you'll do:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager to oversee core finance controllership functions, drive accurate and timely reporting, and lead end-to-end audits and reconciliations for the Noon in Minutes legal entity. This role will play a key part in ensuring the financial health, governance, and process excellence of one of the most dynamic arms of Noon:Controllership & Financial Reporting- Lead the end-to-end ownership of the legal entity Trial Balance (TB), General Ledger (GL), and Balance Sheet (BS) reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial data in accordance with Group policies and accounting standards (IFRS). - Supervise and review month-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and other adjustments.Audit Management- Manage external and internal audits independently acting as the single point of contact for auditors, preparing schedules, and resolving queries. - Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements, addressing any findings through timely remediation.Cash Flow & Working Capital Management- Monitor liquidity and ensure optimal working capital levels. - Partner with supply chain and procurement teams to improve payment terms and inventory management.Intercompany Transactions & Reconciliations- Oversee intercompany transaction management and reconciliation, including agreement of balances, settlements, and FX impacts. - Collaborate with group finance teams to ensure accurate intercompany postings and timely closure of mismatches.MIS Reporting & Variance Analysis- Own the preparation and delivery of monthly MIS reports, including actuals vs. budget analysis, trend reporting, and commentary on performance drivers. - Partner with business teams to explain variances and support financial decision-making.Financial Statements (IFRS)- Prepare standalone financial statements, including all schedules, notes to accounts, and disclosures in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). - Support the consolidation process by delivering accurate reporting packages to the group finance team.Process Automation & Improvement- Identify opportunities for automation in financial reporting and closing processes, and lead implementation in collaboration with IT/FP&A. - Drive a culture of continuous improvement by streamlining reconciliations, reporting cycles, and control processes.Stakeholder Management- Act as a finance business partner to multiple stakeholders, including operations, commercial, tech, supply chain, and leadership. - Build strong relationships and foster transparent communication to support business objectives.What you'll need:- Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. - 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in a controllership or finance function, with preference for candidates from e-commerce, consumer, logistics, or tech-driven environments. - Hands-on experience managing external/internal audits, MIS reporting, general ledger ownership, and month-end close cycles. - Strong working knowledge of O2C (Order to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), and R2R (Record to Report) processes. - Practical experience in preparing financials under IFRS, along with notes and disclosures. - Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members, delegate responsibilities, and foster accountability. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.Who will excel?- We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters. - You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action. - We need people with the courage to be fiercely original. - noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
