Position: SAP EWM / WM Process & Solution ConsultantLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Contract (Freelancing opportunity)Experience: 5+ yearsAbout the Role:Hexad is seeking two highly experienced SAP EWM / WM Process & Solution Consultants to join our growing SAP practice. The ideal candidates will play a key role in designing, implementing, and standardizing end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes using SAP EWM and WM, aligned with the Fit-to-Standard approach. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and active participation in agile project environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead process and solution consulting for SAP EWM and WM implementations.Design and customize SAP EWM / WM solutions based on business requirements.Define and standardize warehouse and logistics processes using Fit-to-Standard methodology.Prepare detailed functional specifications and support QA for ABAP developments.Coordinate closely with ABAP developers to ensure accurate and efficient solution delivery.Manage and guide the EWM development team.Support and lead test management activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.Coordinate template development and support global rollouts.Work in agile project environments and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Provide integrated consulting across SD, MM, PP, and SAP DM modules.Ensure solution alignment with business goals and SAP best practices.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM and/or SAP WM.Strong expertise in EWM customizing and configuration.Proven experience in process design, standardization, and Fit-to-Standard methodology.Solid understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting ABAP QA.Hands-on experience with agile delivery models.Experience managing and mentoring EWM development teams.Strong integration knowledge with SD, MM, PP, and SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM).Experience in test management and defect resolution.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Nice to Have:SAP EWM certification.Experience in global template rollouts.Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.How to Apply:Send your resume to sridevi.k@ with the subject line: Freelance opportunity for SAP EWM / WM Process & Solution Consultant.
