ServiceNow ITOM Developer (3+ Years Experience)Preferred Immediate joinersLocation: BangaloreMode: WFOWe’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our IT team and help design, implement, and optimize scalable ITOM solutions. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB, and enjoys driving automation and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB).Ensure CMDB accuracy aligned with CSDM best practices.Build integrations with third-party tools (AWS, Azure, monitoring tools) using REST/SOAP APIs and Service Graph Connectors.Configure event rules, alert management, and automation workflows.Develop scripts (JavaScript/GlideScript) and troubleshoot ITOM and Discovery issues.Collaborate with ITSM, ITAM, and infrastructure teams.Create documentation and support platform improvements.Required Qualifications5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with 3+ years in ITOM.Strong skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow development.Experience with integrations, MID Servers, and infrastructure discovery.Knowledge of ITIL v3/v4.ServiceNow CSA certification (required); ITOM CIS preferred.Nice to HaveExperience with Orchestration, Cloud Management, AIOps, or Agile/Scrum.Consulting or advisory background.
