About the RoleThe Founder’s Office is a high-impact leadership role that works closely with the founders on strategy formulation, execution excellence, and business scaling. This role is designed for individuals who can independently own complex business problems, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive outcomes with minimal supervision. The role requires strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and people management capabilities to translate vision into structured plans and consistent execution.Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy and Business Planning Partner with founders on annual and quarterly strategy, OKRs, and operating plans Conduct detailed market sizing, competitive analysis, and growth opportunity assessments Develop structured problem statements, strategic frameworks, and decision notes for leadership reviews 2. Execution and Program Management Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Finance Drive execution rigor by defining scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics Track risks, dependencies, and outcomes while ensuring timely closure of action items Manage multiple initiatives in parallel and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment 3. Data and Analytical Insights Analyze business KPIs, unit economics, and operational metrics to identify trends and gaps Apply strong analytical skills to perform root-cause analysis and recommend data-backed solutions Build and interpret dashboards, models, and reports to support leadership decision-making 4. Stakeholder and People Management Act as a trusted partner to founders and senior leadership teams Manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority Ensure clarity of communication, alignment on priorities, and accountability across teams Support junior team members or project teams by providing direction and structured guidance 5. Special and High-Impact Projects Lead critical initiatives such as new market entry, pricing strategy, partnerships, fundraising support, or process improvements Take end-to-end ownership of sensitive and time-critical projects assigned by the foundersRequired Skills and Qualifications 3 to 8 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, analytics, or high-growth startups.
