Data Analyst (EDA & Insights Specialist)Experience Level:2 - 4 Years Type: Full Time Job Location: Remote (Candidates should be based out ofDelhi NCR / Bhopal )Role Overview We are looking for a curious and technically proficient Data Analyst to lead ourExploratory Data Analysis (EDA)efforts. Your primary mission will be to dive into diverse datasets, map out database structures, and extract meaningful business insights. This role is perfect for someone who excels at /"data discovery/" identifying trends and anomalies in datasets that may not always have clear definitions or documentation.Key Responsibilities Database Exploration:Navigate and query relational/non relational databases to understand table relationships and data flow. Data Profiling:Conduct deep-dive EDA to assess data quality, identify missing values, and handle outliers. Schema Discovery:In cases where data definitions are missing, work backwards to define data logic and create internal documentation. Insight Generation:Transform raw numbers into actionable analytics through statistical summaries and visual storytelling. Pipeline Support:Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into technical data queries. Visualization:Build intuitive dashboards and reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) discovered during the EDA process.Required Technical Skills SQL Mastery:2 - 4 years of experience writing complex queries (Joins, CTEs, Window Functions) to extract data from relational databases. Programming:Proficiency inPython(Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn) orRfor statistical analysis and data manipulation. Data Visualization:Experience with tools likePower BI, Tableau, or Lookerto present findings. Statistical Knowledge:A solid grasp of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and distribution patterns.The Ideal Candidate The /"Detective/" Mindset:You aren't discouraged by /"messy/" data. You enjoy the challenge of figuring out what a specific column represents through pattern recognition and logic. Analytical Rigor:You don't just report numbers; you look for the /"why/" behind them. Self-Starter:You can take a raw table with no metadata and return with a summary of what that data tells us about our customers or operations. Communication:Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical team members clearly.Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Tech,Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. 2 to 4 yearsof professional experience in a data-centric role.
