The consultant will lead functional ownership across gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and business alignment forconfigurable productsandOrder-to-Cashprocesses. This role requires the ability to workindependently with minimal supervisionand to act as the primary functional authority for OM and Configurator.Mandatory Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiable) Oracle E-Business Suite Core 6+ years of hands-onOracle EBS R12 functional experience Strong understanding ofEBS architectureand cross-module interactions Order Management (OM) – Must Have Strong hands-on experience configuring: Order types OM workflows and workflow assignments Header and line-level defaulting rules Clear understanding of: Order booking lifecycle OM workflow attributes and hooks Header vs line behavior Experience supportingmultiple order flows without hard-coding Configurator-driven OM experience is mandatory Oracle Configurator – Critical Skill Hands-on experience with: Configurator models Option classes Eligibility and dependency rules UI behavior and validations Ability to: Prevent invalid or non-manufacturable configurations Align configurator logic withBOM and manufacturing constraints Experience withATO / CTO configurations Support post-configuration processes including: Item creation BOM linkage Validation and manufacturing handoff Manufacturing & Supply Chain Functional knowledge of: Inventory (organizations, items, ATP, reservations) Shipping Execution Bills of Materials (BOM) Work in Process (WIP) Understanding of: Discrete manufacturing flows Configurator-driven manufacturing execution Finance (Order-to-Cash Support Level) Working knowledge of: Accounts Receivable (AR) General Ledger (GL) Order-to-Cash accounting flows Exposure toAccounts Payable (AP)is a plus Functional Leadership Responsibilities Leadbusiness workshopsand requirements-gathering sessions Performfit-gap analysisfor acquired entities Own and deliver: BR-100 documents Functional design documents Configuration workbooks Act as a functional bridge betweenbusiness stakeholders and technical teams Provide functional sign-off on configurations and solution designs Testing & Deployment Lead and support: System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Create and execute detailed test scenarios Supportcutover and go-liveactivities Assist withpost-go-live stabilization Technical Awareness (Functional Expectation Only) Functional understanding of: PL/SQL defaulting APIs Item Interface concepts Workflow attributes RICEW functional specifications Ability to: Review technical designs Guide development teams Validate implemented solutions No requirement to write PL/SQL or develop APIs
