Sourcing Specialist (Solutions)The Sourcing Specialist drives talent acquisition by identifying qualified audiences, managing job postings, and building robust talent pools. As a strategic partner to the Solutions Team, this role evaluates resource requests and delivers critical insights on capacity planning, timeline feasibility, and market-competitive compensation. The ideal candidate excels at both tactical sourcing and strategic collaboration across sourcing operations, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional teams.Work Shift: US time zoneResponsibilities:Sourcing Identify appropriate advertisement channels for a variety of projects or programsIntegrate Internet, social media and professional networking in recruitment strategiesCreate and post job advertsSource and screen and qualify candidatesBuild networks to find qualified passive candidatesProactively search for ways to improve and streamline sourcing processes, build team collaboration and add value for our customersLead and mentor team members to ensure development and delivery of recruitment prioritiesMaintain and update internal trackers, databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy and transparencyMonitor and report on key sourcing metrics (e.g., response times, rates, and vendor performance)SolutioningGather and document project requirements in collaboration with Presales, Production Managers, and Sales teamsReview and analyze incoming Presales requests to ensure alignment with business and client needsProvide accurate insights on ramp-up timelines, resource availability, and cost structuresCollaborate with sourcing to ensure optimal rates and recruitment times are providedConduct preliminary market research and benchmarking to compare solutions, pricing, and capabilitiesAssist in developing competitive proposals that drive future project winsProvide administrative and operational support for RFPs, Solution Requests, and RFIsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior-level managers to design viable solutionsContribute to continuous improvement by analyzing outcomes and refining solution processesEscalate complex challenges to the Solutions ManagerRequirements:Minimum 6 months tenure in current roleBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 1 year experience in sourcing, vendor management, or solutions rolesStrong analytical capabilities and research skillsBasic understanding of project management principlesStrong organizational and communication skillsDetail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasksEagerness to adapt to challenges and demonstrate agilityAbility to work effectively across cross-functional teams
