We provide reliable, secure, and cost-effective services 24x7x365 based on client requirements.Location : Remote working – anywhere in the worldJob Type : Permanent, Full-timeShift Timings : Rotational ShiftsKEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare roofing estimates by reviewing architectural drawings, roofing plans, specifications, and related documents.Perform roofing take-offs (shingles, metal roofing, tiles, underlayment, flashing, insulation, accessories, labor, etc.).Prepare and present estimates using PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, or similar estimation software.Create detailed reports and summaries by roofing trade type using PlanSwift Report Designer and Excel.Maintain and update databases for roofing base models, elevations, and optional upgrades.Update roofing take-offs when revisions, RFIs, or plan changes are released and communicate quantity adjustments.Coordinate with roofing contractors, suppliers, architects, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.Create and maintain roofing templates in PlanSwift for corporate and divisional use.Train junior estimators on roofing take-offs, standards, and estimation processes.Document roofing estimation procedures and update the Estimating Manual as required.Assist field teams with roofing material overages or shortages.Review and validate purchase order variances related to roofing materials.Conduct quantity audits to ensure accuracy and reduce cost variances.Support purchasing teams with accurate roofing quantities for vendor negotiations.Attend manufacturer and subcontractor meetings related to roofing systems and materials.Participate in training sessions for PlanSwift or other estimating software as required.Complete other duties assigned by the Estimating Manager.REQUIRED SKILLSStrong English communication skills (read, write, speak).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD.Strong hands-on experience with PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, RFMS Measure (or similar tools).Ability to read and interpret roofing drawings, sections, and details.Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.Ability to manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously.High attention to detail and strong accuracy focus.Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.PREFERRED ATTRIBUTESHigh School Diploma required / Bachelor’s Degree preferred.1-2 years of experience in Roofing Estimation (Residential or Commercial) – mandatory.Prior experience working with U.S./International roofing standards is a plus.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSFull-time, permanent, remote position.Reliable power backup.Well-maintained laptop with an additional monitor.Fiber internet connection (80–100 Mbps).Noise-canceling headset with microphone.INTERVIEW DETAILSInterview Mode : VirtualInfrastructure Requirement : Laptop with i5/i7 processor, minimum 16 GB RAM, 100 Mbps fiber broadband, and noise-canceling headphones.
