Job Description: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – HR HelpdeskExperience: 8+ YearsLocation: Remote (Anywhere in India)Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide functional support and consultation for Oracle HCM Cloud, with strong focus on HR Helpdesk / HR Service Delivery.Configure and manage HR Helpdesk modules, including workflows, queues, SLAs, service requests, and knowledge base.Handle incident management, service requests, and problem resolution for HCM-related issues.Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.Perform HCM setups, configurations, and enhancements across core modules.Support integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.Participate in UAT, production support, and post-go-live activities.Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and user guides.Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and compliance standards.Required Skills & Experience8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting.Hands-on experience with Oracle HR Helpdesk / HR Service Delivery is mandatory.Strong knowledge of Core HR, Absence, Security, and Workforce Structures.Experience in ticketing tools, SLA management, and HR operations support.Good understanding of HCM data security, roles, and privileges.Exposure to Fast Formulas, approvals, and reporting is a plus.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
