About Reidius InfraReidius Infra is a Jaipur-based architecture-focused construction company offering complete building solutions including architectural design, premium residential construction, and project management, delivering quality, trust and transparency.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Civil Site Engineer (Finishing & Interior) to manage and execute interior and finishing works at site with high quality, accuracy, and adherence to timelines. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth site execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute finishing works including flooring, tiling, plaster, painting, false ceiling, partitions, joinery, and fixturesOversee interior execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQsCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour for timely completion of workEnsure quality control, workmanship standards, and material compliancePrepare and verify measurements, daily progress reports, and site documentationMonitor work schedules, productivity, and site safety normsCoordinate with design, MEP, and project teams to resolve site issuesEnsure work completion as per project timelines and client expectationsSkills RequiredStrong knowledge of interior & finishing construction techniquesAbility to read and interpret architectural, interior, and working drawingsKnowledge of materials, finishes, and execution standardsGood coordination and communication skillsBasic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site reporting toolsProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailExperience & QualificationDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering2–5 years of relevant site experience in finishing and interior worksExperience in commercial, residential projects will be an added advantagePreferred AttributesAbility to handle multiple site activities independentlyStrong follow-up and execution skillsWillingness to work at site and manage deadlinesTeam-oriented with a proactive attitude
