Job overviewThe Practice Director role within the GCC Provider Solutions (GPS) cluster of the Commercial and Solution Analytics team is a market-facing leadership position focused on advising global technology providers, IT and business process service providers, and other ecosystem participants on how to effectively compete and grow in the Global Capability Center (GCC) market. The role involves helping clients identify and pursue opportunities across the GCC lifecycle, such as new center setups, expansion of existing relationships, and GCC-related acquisitions.The Practice Director will lead advisory engagements and thought leadership initiatives that shape clients’ GCC-focused go-to-market and competitiveness strategies. This includes overseeing the design and delivery of custom client engagements, publishing forward-looking market intelligence, and representing Everest Group at key forums. The role also entails capability building, people development, and active business development in partnership with the broader GCC and sales teams. The individual will report to the Partner, GCC Provider Solutions. Key responsibilities Lead and manage complex advisory engagements focused on GCC market entry, opportunity identification, competitiveness strategy, and provider positioningOversee the development and delivery of custom client projects, ensuring actionable insights and high-quality recommendationsEngage directly with senior executives at global technology and services providers to shape strategic decisions on GCC-related growth and differentiationDrive business development in collaboration with the sales team, including proposal development, client discussions, and marketing initiativesBuild and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders across provider organizations and ecosystem playersDevelop and manage the GCC cluster’s research and advisory agenda, ensuring alignment with client priorities and market evolutionSupervise and mentor a team of analysts and senior analysts, ensuring their professional growth and analytical excellenceCollaborate with other Everest Group practices to deliver cross-functional insights and integrated client solutionsDrive the publication of thought leadership including reports, whitepapers, and presentations that advance Everest Group’s reputation as a leading authority in the GCC provider spaceRepresent Everest Group at client workshops, industry forums, and conferences, articulating the firm’s perspectives on GCC and provider market dynamicsEnsure quality, analytical rigor, and adherence to Everest Group standards across all deliverablesSkills & activitiesStrong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and analytical capabilityStrong oral and written communication skills, including attention to detailProject management skills: ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and successfully manage deadlinesSelf-motivated, strong organization skills (able to manage own time and prioritize), and work independentlyAbility to interact and effectively work with others in a global team environmentComfort with ambiguity of an entrepreneurial environment Motivated to excel in business Comfort with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)Solid business judgment, professional in appearanceLong term desire to contribute to business growth and build a career as a business leaderEducation and experienceWe are in search of a highly qualified individual to uphold our exceptional standards.
