We help organizations design, build, and scale data-driven systems that support business decisions and measurable outcomes.Our teams work closely with clients to deliver practical AI and machine learning solutions that integrate cleanly into enterprise data platforms.Role OverviewWe are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric. This role focuses on developing production-ready models, integrating them into data platforms, and working closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.This position is ideal for someone who understands applied machine learning, cloud-based deployment, and enterprise data environments, and who is comfortable working in client-facing delivery teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Azure and Microsoft FabricBuild end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preparation, training, validation, and inferenceCollaborate with data engineers to integrate ML solutions with Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Lakehouse architecturesDevelop and deploy models using Azure Machine Learning, Python, and related frameworksImplement model monitoring, performance tracking, and retraining strategiesTranslate business problems into measurable ML use cases and technical solutionsWork closely with stakeholders to explain model behavior, limitations, and outcomesFollow engineering best practices for versioning, testing, and documentationSupport production deployments using CI/CD and MLOps practicesContribute to reusable accelerators, templates, and internal best practicesRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role in production environmentsStrong proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning and Azure-based deploymentsSolid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniquesExperience working with structured and semi-structured data at scaleFamiliarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, or SynapseUnderstanding of MLOps concepts such as model versioning, monitoring, and automationStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailClear communication skills, especially in cross-functional teamsNice to HaveExperience delivering ML solutions in consulting or client-facing rolesKnowledge of Power BI integration with ML outputsExperience with real-time or batch inference systemsExposure to generative AI, Azure OpenAI, or NLP use casesMicrosoft certifications in Azure, Data, or AIWhy Join Cyann.ai?Work on real-world AI and ML projects using Microsoft platformsJoin a focused Microsoft partner with strong technical ownershipOpportunity to influence solution design and delivery standardsCollaborative environment with experienced data and cloud engineersCompetitive compensation and clear growth paths
