Job Title: 3D Visualizer – Workplace InteriorsLocation: Sector 18, Gurugram On-siteExperience: 3+YearsDepartment: Design – Workplace / Corporate InteriorsRole Overview:We are seeking a talented 3D Visualizer with strong experience in workplace and corporate interiors to create high-quality, realistic visualizations for office environments. The role focuses on translating design intent into compelling visuals that support client presentations, design development, and approvals.Key Responsibilities:Create photo-realistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for workplace interiors (offices, managed workspaces, collaboration areas, cabins, meeting rooms)Interpret 2D drawings, space plans, and design concepts accurately in 3DDevelop realistic lighting, materials, textures, furniture systems, and finishesCoordinate closely with interior designers to ensure design accuracy and brand alignmentImplement client and internal feedback within tight timelinesMaintain consistency in render quality, detailing, and workplace standardsSupport design pitches and client presentations with impactful visualsRequired Skills & Software:Proficiency in 3ds Max with CoronaStrong knowledge of workplace furniture systems, partitions, ceilings, lightingWorking knowledge of SketchUp (preferred)Proficiency in Photoshop for post-productionGood understanding of corporate interior materials and detailingExperience & Profile:3+ years of experience in workplace / corporate interior visualizationStrong sense of scale, proportion, lighting, and realismAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with a strong eye for design and execution accuracyGood communication and coordination skillsWhat We Offer:Exposure to large-scale workplace and managed office projectsDesign-driven, collaborative work environmentOpportunity to work with enterprise clientsCompetitive compensation based on experience and skill level
