Job Title: Sales AssociateKey Responsibilities:• Follow up with leads from internal databases via phone, email, LinkedIn or CRM.• Qualify prospects through structured conversations and determine their fit for our services.• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars between prospects and sales team.• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate information and activity logs.• Perform regular database cleanups to ensure quality and relevance of data.• Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building efforts.• Communicate with team members regarding lead status and scheduling progress.• Track and report appointment-setting metrics and lead follow-up performance.______________Requirements:• Proven experience in a similar appointment setting or lead generation role.• Strong command of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Comfortable making calls and sending follow-up emails professionally and consistently.• Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through skills.• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.• Familiarity with calendar management tools (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar) is a plus.US time zoneSalary- 3.5-4 LPA
