Objectives:Travel and launch Cult across 100 cities and build Cult as a true Pan India organizationLaunch city and be responsible for overall operations, pack revenue and experience from M-1 to M+3Ensure extraordinary experience delivery from the City centre managers with adherence to all Cult SOPsEnsure achievement of monthly and overall revenue from the cityEnsure optimal working conditions of the fitness facility and ensure an inclusive work environment at the gym for all members.Ensure continuous education and upskilling of the City centre managers Key Responsibilities:Launch Cult across 100 cities and build Cult as a true Pan India organizationSet up processes, culture and train the city teamLaunch city and be the custodian of revenue and experience from M-1 to M+3Handover city to regional teamsBe responsible for revenue and experience 1 month post city handover Requirements: Graduate with 1-3 years of B2C sales experienceProficiency with English, HindiSkilled with MS Office (excel, word, ppt)Fitness enthusiast who has mental toughness and physical endurancePuts company > team > individual
