JOB DETAILS Coordination between pick – up centers, dispatch center and distribution centers.Performs loading, unloading of trucks & containers, sorting of shipments and ensuring its timely completion. Tracking of bags and Co-loader performance for the hub. Monitoring and auditing of daily, weekly & monthly performance reports to ensure smooth execution of operations. Preparation of various MIS reports like Inbound, outbound, RTO, and aging reports. Maintaining the inventory of all the packaging materials and night storage orders. Review current routing and seek for opportunities for cost savings. Maintains proper connection between Hub and Last mile by managing fleet. Handling a team of support staff. Educating the staff about the importance of shipment handling and the work they perform. Create a sense of ownership among staff for managing the Hubs. Ensuring that the process is followed to minimize loses at Hubs. Maintaining the hub workplace with dignity and ensuring clean work place policies. Communicating with staff about the organizational updates and changes.
