The ideal candidate will act as a trusted liaison, managing schedules, communications, travel, and confidential matters to ensure smooth and efficient executive operations. This role requires exceptional coordination skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Schedule & Time Management Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings Prioritize schedules to optimize time utilization Coordinate meetings with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders Ensure timely reminders, follow-ups, and action tracking 2. Communication & Coordination Manage and respond to emails, messages, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO Draft, review, and edit professional emails, reports, presentations, and documents Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and employees, clients, vendors, and partners Ensure clear and timely communication flow across departments 3. Travel & Logistics Management Arrange domestic and international travel, including tickets, accommodation, and itineraries Coordinate logistics for meetings, site visits, and official events Ensure smooth execution of travel and meeting plans 4. Confidentiality & Discretion Handle sensitive, confidential, and strategic information with the highest level of discretion Maintain strict confidentiality of the CEO’s schedule, communications, and business matters Safeguard documents, records, and information access 5. Administrative & Documentation Support Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and official documents Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation Coordinate with internal teams to collect data, reports, and updates for the CEO 6.
