The ideal candidate excels at both tactical sourcing and strategic collaboration across sourcing operations, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional teams.Work Shift:US time zoneResponsibilities: Sourcing Identify appropriate advertisement channels for a variety of projects or programs Integrate Internet, social media and professional networking in recruitment strategies Create and post job adverts Source and screen and qualify candidates Build networks to find qualified passive candidates Proactively search for ways to improve and streamline sourcing processes, build team collaboration and add value for our customers Lead and mentor team members to ensure development and delivery of recruitment priorities Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy and transparency Monitor and report on key sourcing metrics (e.g., response times, rates, and vendor performance)Solutioning Gather and document project requirements in collaboration with Presales, Production Managers, and Sales teams Review and analyze incoming Presales requests to ensure alignment with business and client needs Provide accurate insights on ramp-up timelines, resource availability, and cost structures Collaborate with sourcing to ensure optimal rates and recruitment times are provided Conduct preliminary market research and benchmarking to compare solutions, pricing, and capabilities Assist in developing competitive proposals that drive future project wins Provide administrative and operational support for RFPs, Solution Requests, and RFIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior-level managers to design viable solutions Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing outcomes and refining solution processes Escalate complex challenges to the Solutions ManagerRequirements: Minimum 6 months tenure in current role Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 1 year experience in sourcing, vendor management, or solutions roles Strong analytical capabilities and research skills Basic understanding of project management principles Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks Eagerness to adapt to challenges and demonstrate agility Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
