Position:Junior / Senior Executive Assistant to Founder & Creative Director Location:Kala Ghoda, Mumbai Experience: Junior: 1–3 years Senior: 3–6+ years[ONLY APPLICANTS BASED IN SOUTH MUMBAI WILL BE CONSIDERED]ABOUT SDS by KUSHAL SHAH •SDS by KUSHAL SHAHis a men’s luxury brand specializing in Prêt, Couture, and Bespoke. • We focus on refined design aesthetics, craftsmanship, and service, creating a seamless balance between luxury and contemporary style. • Rooted in an edgy yet timeless design philosophy, our collections reflect an evolving yet consistent creative vision. • Our parent company, SHEETAL, has been a pioneer in Indian fashion retail for over 50 years. • Industry icons such as Hemant Trivedi, Manish Malhotra, and Aki Narula began their creative journeys at SDS before launching their own labels.KEY RESPONSIBILTIES : Founder & Leadership Support • Manage schedules, priorities, and follow-ups for the Founder & Creative Director • Assist in planning daily, weekly, and monthly tasks • Coordinate meetings, reviews, and approvalsProcess Management & SOP Support • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Support workflow documentation and process improvements • Ensure teams follow defined processes and timelinesProject Tracking & Execution • Track progress of collections, campaigns, production schedules, and internal projects • Maintain trackers, timelines, and status reports • Follow up with teams to ensure timely completion of deliverablesInter-Department Coordination • Act as a point of contact between departments for task coordination • Communicate deadlines, updates, and approvals clearly • Resolve basic operational issues by coordinating with relevant teamsReporting & Documentation • Prepare regular reports on project status, timelines, and operational progress • Maintain records, files, and documentation for ongoing work • Support leadership with data and summaries for reviewCreative & Production Support • Coordinate design reviews, production schedules, and approvals • Assist in tracking sampling, fittings, and production timelines • Ensure information is accurately communicated across teamsAdditional Responsibilities (Senior Level): • Oversee multiple projects independently • Support process optimization and operational planning • Guide junior team members • Provide operational insights to leadershipQUALFICATIONS & PREREQUISITIES: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, or related field • Junior: 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or executive support roles • Senior: 3–6+ years of experience in similar roles • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience with task tracking tools and documentation systems • Good communication and organizational skills • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
