Looking for an experienced Manager – HR Operations to own and manage end-to-end HR operations for a growing, global workforce. This role focuses on process excellence, compliance, HR systems, and employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, documentation)Own HR policies, processes, and compliance requirementsHandle internal mobility, role changes, promotions, and reporting structuresEnsure HR data accuracy, reporting, and process automationLead HR audits and act as escalation point for employee queriesManage and mentor the HR operations teamRequirements:8–15 years of HR Operations experience2–3 years in a people management roleStrong knowledge of HR compliance, HR systems, and process designExposure to global HR operations preferred
