Applicants are expected to review Reisaan Health’s approach and apply only if this philosophy resonates with them.Applications missing the assessment will not be reviewed.Job Description: Consistently provide a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience: Utilize and support a detailed clinical treatment paradigm, developed and updated by the Reisaan Health team which is specialized to support patients achieve their health and lifestyle goals Become fluent in Dr Roshani’s book Turn Around Diabetes, the scripts, templates, protocols, learning videos and standard operations used on a daily basis, including the discussion of the scientific principles of lifestyle medicine and the prescription of appropriate lifestyle change therapy. Become well versed in the learning curriculum shared with patients, and to refer to this material during coaching calls as well as assist patients to navigate the learning modules when needed Review patient intake information, become familiar with their journey and provide the initial patient interaction, Review and manage daily tasks, patient callbacks, reply to chat messages, and lab results during shifts Count nutrition in patient recipes and food recalls to accurately estimate patient macros and update the evolving backend Aasaan app Own the patient progress, coordinate care for patients, and review progress in regularly scheduled check-ins, being the primary person obsessed with the patient’s success, their GPS guiding the direction of their program Coordinate care with the entire team for highest patient experience Learn and improve knowledge and skills under the guidance and mentorship of Dr Roshani Sanghani Analyze and capture data effectively in Electronic Health Records (EHR) Provide exceptional written/verbal communication skills and virtual /"bedside/" manner
