Visual Content Creator – Photography & Video (Executive)Function: Corporate Communications / Marketing Location: Field-Based (Travel Required)Role OverviewZen Technologies is seeking a Visual Content Creator with proven capability to independently shoot high-quality product photographs and videos, particularly of large-scale industrial equipment, defence systems, and simulation platforms. This role demands a hands-on professional who can work without supervision on-site, manage complete shoots end-to-end, and deliver visuals that accurately represent scale, detail, and operational realism in complex indoor and outdoor environments.Key Responsibilities● Independently plan and execute product photography and videography of: ○ Defence simulators ○ Large industrial-scale equipment ○ Training systems and installations● Capture high-quality visuals during: ○ Product demonstrations ○ Defence exhibitions and events ○ Official delegations and senior leadership visits● Travel to demo centers, event venues, customer locations, and outdoor ranges as required. ● Confidently handle DSLR / Mirrorless / professional video cameras. ● Manage shooting in challenging environments involving: ○ Large physical systems ○ Limited space or controlled access areas ○ Mixed lighting conditions (indoor & outdoor) ● Ensure accurate framing, scale representation, and perspective for large equipment and simulators.● Capture: ○ Wide establishing shots ○ Detailed close-ups ○ Operational and interaction shots ● Perform post-production enhancement using: ○ Adobe Photoshop (mandatory) ○ Basic video editing tools for trimming, colour correction, and output optimisation ● Organise and deliver final assets aligned with Zen Technologies’ brand and defence communication standards.Required Experience & Skills● Mandatory prior experience in independently shooting: ○ Large industrial equipment ○ Defence systems or simulator displays ○ Factory-floor, lab, or exhibition-scale setups ● Strong hands-on expertise in: ○ Professional photography and videography ○ Lighting awareness for large subjects ○ Composition and scale management ● Practical experience with Adobe Photoshop. ● Working knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / equivalent). ● Ability to work independently during shoots and travel assignments.Preferred Profile● Experience working with defence, aerospace, heavy engineering, or industrial manufacturing organizations. ● Ability to translate complex systems into visually clear and impactful imagery. ● Fast turnaround capability post-events and demos.
