Job Summary:We are seeking a hands-onOperations & Operational Excellence professionalto coordinate and optimize theend-to-end back-end operationssupporting manufacturing and sales. This role focuses onprocess efficiency, cross-functional coordination, and delivery excellence , ensuring smooth operations from order receipt through production, logistics, and customer delivery.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end operations acrossmanufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and sales support Act as the single point of coordination fororder execution, production planning, and delivery tracking Driveoperational excellence initiativesto improve efficiency, reduce delays, and optimize costs Review and streamlineSOPs, workflows, and operational processes Monitor KPIs related toorder fulfillment, OTIF (On-Time-In-Full), productivity, and cycle time Work closely with sales to ensureaccurate order handover, timelines, and customer commitments Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, transporters, service partners) Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve operational issues Support ERP/CRM process improvements and operational reporting (MIS) Ensure compliance with internal controls, quality, and delivery standardsRequirements: 4–8 years of experience inOperations, Operational Excellence, or Supply Chain coordination Strong exposure tomanufacturing back-end operations and sales coordination Experience inprocess improvement / continuous improvement initiatives Working knowledge ofLean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or process optimization frameworks(preferred) Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills Proficiency inMS Excel and ERP systems Analytical, structured, and execution-focused mindset Willing to workfrom the Mumbai (Bandra) officeWhat We Offer: High-impact role with cross-functional exposure Opportunity to build and improve scalable operational processes Competitive compensation aligned with experience
