The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise along with proven experience in leading and managing teams. If you are passionate about automation, infrastructure management, and driving DevOps best practices, we would love to connect with you.Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the DevOps team, ensuring timely delivery of projects. • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines. • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability. • Drive automation initiatives across infrastructure and application environments. • Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of systems. • Mentor team members and promote best practices in DevOps culture.Required Technical Skills: • Strong knowledge of PL/SQL. • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, automation, monitoring, version control, etc.). • Experience in infrastructure management (Cloud/on-premise). • Scripting and automation expertise. • Strong understanding of system architecture and deployment strategies.Mandatory Requirements: • 7–10 years of overall IT experience. • Proven experience in handling and leading teams. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred: • Experience working in Agile environments. • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage.
