The role involves managing end-to-end general accounting activities, month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance while ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-endRecord to Report (RTR)and General Ledger accounting processes Performmonth-end, quarter-end, and year-end closeactivities Prepare and reviewjournal entries, accruals, provisions, and accounting adjustments ConductBalance Sheet and P&L analysisand resolve variances Prepare and reviewfinancial statementsin line with IFRS / Ind AS / US GAAP Ensure timely completion ofaccount reconciliationsand resolution of discrepancies Supportinternal and external auditsand address audit requirements Ensure compliance withSOX controls and internal financial policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders Identify opportunities forprocess improvements, standardization, and automationRequired Skills & Qualifications CA / CMA qualification – Mandatory Minimum3 years of hands-on RTR / General Ledger experience Strong understanding offinancial accounting and reporting processes Experience inshared services, captive, or global delivery environmentspreferred Hands-on experience withERP systems(SAP, Oracle, or similar) Good knowledge ofSOX, internal controls, and audit compliance Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight closing timelinesPreferred Skills Exposure toglobal/multi-country accounting Experience inprocess transition or stabilisation projects Strong Excel and reporting skills.
