Work location: Bangalore The IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet the needs of the organization. Key responsibilities include: Managing IT services : Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet the needs and expectations of the business. Coordinating IT projects : Plan and execute IT projects effectively by coordinating with IT departments. Maintaining vendor relationships : Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed terms. Monitoring IT systems : Monitor IT systems and infrastructure to ensure they are functioning optimally and address any issues promptly. Developing service delivery strategies : Develop and implement IT service delivery strategies and plans. Ensuring compliance : Ensure that IT services comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Providing technical support : Provide technical support and guidance to staff and users. Identifying improvement areas: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. Lead a team of highly productive in managing client infrastructure in managed desktop services and managed Data Centre services.
