Employment Readiness & Professional Capability Lead university-wide or school-level initiatives on: Career readiness and professional conduct Interview and assessment centre preparedness Industry expectations and workplace performance Mentor students oncareer pathways, professional identity, and long-term growth . 3. Curriculum & Pedagogical Contribution Work with Deans and Program Chairs to ensure: Curriculum relevance to evolving industry needs Alignment of learning outcomes with professional competencies Contribute to: Case-based teaching Live industry projects Simulation-based learning and experiential pedagogy 4. Faculty Collaboration & Capacity Building Support academic faculty by: Sharing industry insights and emerging practice trends Co-developing applied learning components Participate in faculty development workshops related toindustry relevance and employability . 5. Industry Engagement & Institutional Reputation Leverage professional networks to support: Guest lectures and practitioner engagement Live projects, internships, and industry exposure Employer–academia dialogue Act as anindustry-facing academic ambassadorfor Woxsen University. 6. Accreditation & Quality Assurance Support Contribute evidence and inputs for: AACSB / EFMD / NBA accreditation Assurance of Learning (AoL) Graduate employability metrics Strengthen documentation ofpractice-based academic impact . Eligibility & Experience Essential Minimum15+ years of substantive industry experienceat a managerial, leadership, or specialist level. Demonstrated professional credibility in one or more domains (business, technology, policy, sports, creative industries, etc.). Strong communication and mentoring capability. Willingness to engage deeply with students and academic processes. Desirable Prior experience as: Professor of Practice / Adjunct Faculty / Industry Trainer CXO, Partner, Senior Technologist, Policy Leader, or equivalent Exposure to hiring, talent development, or organizational leadership. Familiarity with outcome-based education or executive training.
