Pacific Trade Links is looking for an enthusiastic merchandiser to work closely with suppliers, fabrics, and fashion materials.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development • Research market trends, competitor products, and price points • Plan new articles based on sales data and category performance • Coordinate with design team (or create basic tech inputs)Sourcing & Vendor Management • Identify and onboard fabric, trim, and garment vendors • Negotiate costing and ensure target margins • Develop samples and manage approvalsProduction & Execution • Plan production quantities based on demand • Track timelines from sampling to bulk dispatch • Ensure quality standards and minimize rejectionsCross-Functional Coordination • Work with sales, operations, and warehouse teams • Support smooth product launches and availabilityCandidate Profile • Education: Fashion Design / Textile / Apparel / Merchandising preferred • Strong understanding of fabrics, fits, and manufacturing basics • Good communication and follow-up skills • Excel / Google Sheets working knowledgeWhy Join Us • High ownership role with real decision-making power • Exposure to complete apparel business lifecycle • Fast growth environment with learning opportunities
