We are now looking for a full-time Customer Support Executive to shoulder this responsibility.If you see yourself doing justice to this role, we'd love for you to be part of our team.Roles & Responsibilities Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, Call, Email and Social Media Platforms. Co-ordinate with the workshop team to prioritize and process orders and highlight custom requests made by the customer. Convert queries in to successful orders. Document best practices and create processes to tackle familiar issues. Offer constructive feedback to the product, design and operations team based on concerns raised by customers.Qualifications You must be a graduate with proficiency in English, Hindi and at least one more of these languages - Bengali / Gujarati / Kannada / Malayalam / Marathi / Telugu / Tamil. We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year experience in customer service in the e-Commerce industry. If you have exposure to tools such as Shopify and Shiprocket, and/or graphic design tools such as Photoshop and CorelDraw, please mention that in your resume. Most importantly, you must be a good listener and be able to discern the customer's queries/requirements.
