Responsibilities include overseeing academic programs, fostering student development, and driving operational efficiency. The Centre Head will also collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to uphold academic standards and foster professional growth. This is a full-time role requiring exceptional leadership and organizational capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Academic & Training:- v Ensure effective delivery of academic programs as per institute standards. v Monitor faculty performance, schedules, and student engagement. v Maintain academic discipline, attendance, and assessment processes. v Ensure compliance with curriculum, exams, and certification requirements.Operations & Administration:- v Oversee day-to-day centre operations and infrastructure v Ensure compliance with institute policies, SOPs, and statutory norms v Manage student records, documentation, and reporting v Coordinate with HO for audits, inspections, and reviewsAdmissions & Business Development:- v Drive student admissions and meet enrolment targets v Plan and execute marketing, outreach, and promotional activities v Build relationships with schools, colleges, hotels, and industry partners v Monitor counseling, follow-ups, and conversion ratiosHuman Resources:- v Lead, motivate, and manage faculty and non-teaching staff v Handle recruitment, training, attendance, and performance reviews v Maintain discipline, productivity, and a positive work cultureFinancial & Reporting:- v Ensure budget adherence and cost control v Monitor fee collection, receivables, and centre profitability v Prepare and submit periodic reports to management v Coordinate for vendor payments and resource planningOther Responsibility :- v Address student and parent concerns effectively v Ensure student satisfaction, retention, and placement coordination v Maintain institute reputation and service quality v Ensure statutory compliance, safety, and hygiene standards v Implement quality systems and continuous improvement initiativesQualifications Proven leadership and team management skills to lead a dynamic academic and administrative environment. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities to oversee daily campus operations effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, staff, and external stakeholders. Background in education management or relevant industry experience, preferably within the hospitality or academic sector. A forward-thinking mindset along with innovative skills to drive academic and operational initiatives. Understanding of global hospitality education trends and curriculum development is preferred. Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management is desirable.
