Acclaim Consultants is looking for Group Finance Controller for a esteemed client in Edtech industry headquatered in UK.Role:Group Financial Controller Location:Noida (Work from office, 5 days/week) Experience:12 - 15+ yearsSkill set: Looking for someone with financial controllership experience managing multiple entities of the group across geographies (e.g., the USA, UK, APAC, Europe)—expertise inUK GAAP and multi-currency accounting.This role is a senior technical finance position with no direct people management but significant cross-functional collaboration with management accountants, Finance Business Partners, and regional finance leads.The role requires deep technical knowledge of consolidation, UK GAAP (FRS 102), and multi-currency accounting, along with the ability to influence and coordinate across geographies to ensure the group’s financial statements are robust, compliant, and delivered on time.Key Responsibilities: 1. Process & Systems ImprovementQualifications & Experience Education:Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent. Experience: 12–15+ years in finance, with extensive experience in multi-entity group consolidation and statutory reporting. Proven expertise in UK GAAP (FRS 102) and multi-currency accounting. Exposure to international operations and compliance requirements. Experience in working within a global finance environment Technical Skills: Strong consolidation skills, knowledge of intercompany processes, and elimination adjustments. Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems. Personal Skills: Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple countries and time zones. Effective communicator with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
