Logistics Management:Handle primary logistics networks and secondary logistics via aggregators like Shiprocket and courier partners (Delhivery, Ecom Express). Systems & Tech:Utilize OMS/WMS systems (Unicommerce, Shopify) and SAP to drive efficiency. Leadership:Lead and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. What You Need Education:Full-time MBA from a Grade A B-School (SCM spec) Experience:5–10 years in SCM within the FMCG or FMCG Startup space. Industry:Ideally from Food FMCG; experience in Personal Care/Cosmetics/Home Care is highly valued. Startup Exposure:Previous experience in a startup environment is a significant advantage.
