This role requires complete ownership of performance metrics, budget management, and scale across app and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Own and scalepaid user acquisition and remarketing campaignsacross Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other performance channels Drive growth targets by managinglarge-scale budgetsand optimizing CAC and ROI Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance on a daily basis Work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to plan and execute media strategies Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks Analyze creatives, audiences, and funnels to identify optimization opportunities Conduct regularcompetitive benchmarking and market analysis Manage end-to-endbudget planning, tracking, and billing accuracy Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience ingrowth marketing / paid performance marketing Strong hands-on expertise inGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads Experience managingmonthly budgets of ₹5 Cr+(directly or via agencies) Exposure toapp install and app growth campaigns(high MAU environments preferred) Advanced Excel and data analysis skills Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
