The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer focus, excellent communication, analytical thinking, and a results-driven, collaborative approach. This role requires hands-on expertise in Linux server administration, virtualization, cloud platforms, and enterprise infrastructure operations to support mission-critical environments.Key Skills & Experience 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Linux Server Administration and Server Management Experience in physical and virtual server installation, maintenance, and decommissioning Strong expertise in Linux OS operations and troubleshooting Hands-on experience with hypervisors such asXEN and VMware Good working knowledge ofLVM, DNS, LDAP, and IPTables Strong troubleshooting skills for server outage and performance issues Experience in physical server management Mandatory hands-on experience with at least two cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure Amazon Web Services (AWS) Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Mandatory hands-on experience withPacemaker Clustering(for L3 resources) Knowledge of central infrastructure services is highly desirable, including: Security Groups RPM, Rsync, Mail Services Active Directory Chef Automation Nagios Repository Management Monitoring Tools Ability to provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to Level 2 (L2) technical support teamsRoles & Responsibilities ProvideLevel 3 (L3)technical support in alignment with defined customer SLAs Perform daily compute operations including: Events, Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Adherence to ITIL processes and best practices Manage server lifecycle activities including installation, maintenance, monitoring, decommissioning, and advanced configurations Perform storage operations usingNetApp NFS Manage OS packages, repositories, and OS image maintenance AdministerAzure Active Directory (AAD) Create and manageVirtual Networks (VNets), subnets, and Network Security Groups (NSGs) Implement and manageVPN and ExpressRouteconnectivity Configure and manageAzure Backup and Azure Site Recovery Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major customer incidents Maintain service documentation, testing procedures, and quality standards Provide knowledge transfer and assist Level 2 support teams in complex technical scenariosIf you are interested kindly share your updated CV toaruna.m@or WhatsApp to6302404863.Thanks & Regards, Aruna.M
