Measure and certifywork quantitiesat site with execution and QA/QC teams. Maintainbilling records, measurement books (MB), and reconciliation statements . Coordinate with Planning, Contracts, and Accounts teams forcost control and cash flow tracking . Handlevariation orders, extra items, and final bill preparation . Ensure compliance withcontract specifications, drawings, and EPC billing procedures . Support audits and management reports related tobilling and project financials .Desired Candidate Profile5–10 years of experience inBilling / QSforEPC Building Projects(Hospital / Commercial preferred). Strong knowledge ofBOQ, billing, measurements, and rate analysis . Hands-on experience withclient & subcontractor billing . Proficient inMS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP/Project Management tools . Good coordination and communication skills with site and corporate teams. Preferred Skills Understanding ofcontract clauses, variations, and claims . Ability to work independently atsite level .
