Our mission is to deliver modern, sustainable, and beautiful jewelry to our customers.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Advisor based in Mumbai. The Client Advisor will oversee daily customer interactions, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, assisting with jewelry selection, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, and supporting the team in achieving sales objectives.Qualifications Strong skills in Client Relations, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation Ability to manage and address inquiries, complaints, and product-related requests Proactive approach to building trust and rapport with clients Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury retail sector is needed A bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as marketing, business, or a related discipline is an advantageThis is a full time Monday-Saturday work from office opportunity please note.
