Senior Director – Loan IQ Platform, Delivery & Controls Location:Bangalore Industry:Investment Banking / Financial Services Technology Experience:20+ yearsAbout the Role We are hiring aSenior Directorto lead delivery, execution, and risk governance for amission-critical Loan IQ platformwithin a large global financial services environment. This role carries end-to-end accountability for product execution, operational resilience, audit readiness, and large-scale team leadership across India, with close collaboration with global stakeholders. This is ahigh-impact leadership roleresponsible for stabilizing delivery, strengthening controls, and scaling execution across a complex lending ecosystem. Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Ownership & Delivery Own end-to-end execution of Loan IQ across loan accounting and loan delivery schedules. Ensure delivery continuity amid attrition, incidents, and capacity shocks. Eliminate single-threaded workflows and institutionalize maker–checker and validation models.Production Risk & Controls (ABO / RCSA) Drive attestations, certifications, defect triage, and sustainability validations. Close audit gaps and strengthen systemic field-level controls. Ensure audit and compliance expectations are consistently met.Release & Change Readiness Oversee readiness for ~2,800 high-risk features per release. Lead UAT governance, defect prioritization, and go-live confidence.Integration & Conversion Readiness Partner with upstream and downstream platforms (originations, accounting, payments). Ensure STP stability and seamless conversion throughput without incident-driven delays.Leadership & Workforce Strategy Lead and mentor a span of60–70+ resourcesacross product, BA, UAT, and controls. Build bench strength and succession plans to mitigate human-capital risk. Enable cross-training, documentation, and knowledge capture.Global Operating Model Strengthen US–India delivery cadence and overlap windows. Standardize incident response, runbooks, and escalation models. Retire single-person dependencies through structured governance.Required Skills & Experience 20+ yearsof experience in banking technology / lending platforms. Strong Business Analysis backgroundwith hands-on expertise inLoan IQ . Proven leadership of large, multi-disciplinary teams (50+ resources). Deep experience in: Loan Accounting Payments, GL / Tax Audit, Attestations & Control Testing (ABO / RCSA) UAT & Release Governance Large-scale integrations and conversions Strong stakeholder management with senior global leaders.
