*This role is based out of Chennai Location*Role Overview: You will play astrategic client-facing leadership rolemanaging and growing relationships withIndia’s top 14 banks . You will be responsible fordelivering seamless service ,enhancing engagement , anddriving revenue growththroughup-selling, cross-selling, and solution innovationacross our suite of products—digital rewards, corporate gifting, loyalty solutions, cashback programs, e-gift cards, and white-label platforms. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Account Management Own and manage key relationships with top banking clients (PSUs, private, and multinational banks). Serve as the primary liaison ensuring high client satisfaction and business continuity. Build quarterly and annual account plans to meet revenue and engagement goals. Revenue Growth & Cross-Selling Identify growth opportunities acrossdigital rewards, loyalty, gifting, and white-labelproducts. Driveup-sell and cross-sell initiativesthrough consultative engagement and business insights. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to co-create tailored solutions for banking partners. Service Excellence & Delivery Ensure flawless execution of campaigns, redemptions, and integrations through coordination with delivery teams. Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and client feedback to maintain superior service standards. Resolve escalations with agility and customer-first focus. Strategic Collaboration & Innovation Work with product and technology teams to implementAPI integrationsandwhite-label solutionsfor banking partners. Stay updated on fintech, loyalty, and digital currency trends to position GyFTR as a thought leader in the banking ecosystem. Represent GyFTR at client presentations, reviews, and industry forums. Leadership & Mentorship Lead a team of key account managers and executives, ensuring continuous skill development and performance excellence. Foster collaboration, innovation, and ownership within the team. Qualifications & Experience: Experience:10+ years of experience inbanking alliances, account management, or partnershipsinfintech, BFSI, loyalty, or digital rewardsindustries. Proven track record ofdriving business growththrough key client relationships. Strong understanding ofbanking reward programs, loyalty systems, and digital gifting ecosystems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with a high bias for action and problem-solving.
