About Reidius Infra Reidius Infra is a Jaipur-based architecture-focused construction company offering complete building solutions including architectural design, premium residential construction, and project management, delivering quality, trust and transparency.Role Overview We are looking for aCivil Site Engineer (Finishing & Interior)to manage and execute interior and finishing works at site with high quality, accuracy, and adherence to timelines. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth site execution.Key Responsibilities Supervise and executefinishing worksincluding flooring, tiling, plaster, painting, false ceiling, partitions, joinery, and fixtures Overseeinterior executionas per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs Coordinate withcontractors, vendors, and labourfor timely completion of work Ensurequality control , workmanship standards, and material compliance Prepare and verifymeasurements, daily progress reports, and site documentation Monitorwork schedules, productivity, and site safety norms Coordinate withdesign, MEP, and project teamsto resolve site issues Ensure work completion as perproject timelines and client expectationsSkills Required Strong knowledge ofinterior & finishing construction techniques Ability to read and interpretarchitectural, interior, and working drawings Knowledge ofmaterials, finishes, and execution standards Good coordination and communication skills Basic knowledge ofAutoCAD, MS Excel, and site reporting tools Problem-solving mindset with attention to detailExperience & Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering 2–5 years of relevant site experience infinishing and interior works Experience incommercial, residential projectswill be an added advantagePreferred Attributes Ability to handlemultiple site activities independently Strong follow-up and execution skills Willingness to work at site and manage deadlines Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
