Over time, it has evolved into a multi-brand house withPink Fort–a modern Indian wear brand reimagining traditional clothing for today’s woman.About the Role: We are looking for a creativeJunior Textile Designerto assist in developing prints, patterns, and colorways for our collections. This role offers hands-on experience in trend research, fabric sourcing, and design execution while working closely with senior designers to bring ideas to life.Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing original textile prints, patterns, and colorways aligned with brand aesthetics. Support senior designers in seasonal collection development and design execution. Conduct trend research on colors, prints, motifs, and fabric developments. Help source fabrics and trims and assist in evaluating quality, hand feel, and suitability for production. Create and modify artworks, repeats, and color variations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Prepare design sheets, swatch boards, and basic technical details for sampling. Coordinate with internal teams (product, merchandising, production) and vendors for smooth execution. Maintain organized records of artworks, samples, and design developments.Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design from NIFT / Pearl Academy or equivalent. 0–2 years of experience (including internships) in textile or surface design. Strong portfolio showcasing prints, patterns, and color sensibility. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Basic understanding of textile materials and production processes.
