We seek an experienced and proactive Company Secretary to support the Board and ensure full regulatory compliance as we enter our next phase of growth. A Collections Agent is responsible for communicating with customers, primarily over the telephone, to follow up on overdue payments and resolve delinquent accounts. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and persistence, as agents often interact with customers who may be reluctant to engage or avoid repayment discussions. Key Responsibilities Contact customers viaoutbound and inbound callsto follow up on overdue payments.Explain outstanding dues, payment timelines, and available repayment options clearly and professionally.Persuade customers to make timely payments while maintaining a respectful and compliant approach.Handle customers who may avoid calls or disconnect once the nature of the call is identified.Update customer records with accurate call notes, payment commitments, and follow-up actions.Escalate complex or disputed cases to supervisors as per internal guidelines.Adhere strictly tocompany policies, RBI guidelines, and fair collection practices .Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and productivity benchmarks.Required Skills & Competencies Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.High levels ofpatience, resilience, and persistence .Ability to handle rejection and difficult conversations professionally.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or collection systems.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Educational Qualification Minimum qualification:12th Pass / Graduate preferred .Experience 1–3 yearsof experience in collections, telecalling, or customer service (fintech or financial services experience preferred).
