This is asystems + operations heavy business , where reliability, data accuracy, and execution matter more than flashy features.Role OverviewThis is aFounding Engineer role , not a regular job. You will build thecore software backboneof Trybaz — including theweb app , admin panel, brand dashboard, and backend APIs that power customer apps, rider operations, and reporting. You will work directly with the founder and operations leadership to turn real-world execution into scalable systems.What You Will Build & OwnWeb AppCustomer-facing web app (core flows) Trial booking, order status, account views Integration with backend & mobile apps Admin PanelInventory lifecycle management Trials, orders, returns, settlements Rider, ops, and warehouse management ⚙️ Backend APIs & SystemsTrial logic & inventory sync Auth & role-based access (RBAC) Data consistency between web, rider app & mobile app Infra, deployments & reliability This role ishands-on and foundational .Who This Role Is For3–6+ years experienceas a Full Stack / Backend engineer Strong in: React / Next.js (web app + dashboards) Node.js / Express / APIs SQL databases (Postgres/MySQL) Experience buildingweb apps, admin tools, dashboards, or ops systems Comfortable with early-stage ambiguity Builder mindset — ownership > instructions Experience ine-commerce, logistics, marketplaces, SaaS, or internal toolsis a big plus.Work CommitmentWe understand early-stage realities.
