We are seeking a highly driven and enterprise-focusedSenior Business Development Manager / Product Managerto lead the growth of ourBreak-Fix, AMC, FMS and Managed Services business across Apple and multi-vendor hardware ecosystems.This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise IT service delivery, strong customer relationships in South/West India, and hands-on experience positioning Managed Services through platforms such as ManageEngine, Sapphire, and other ITSM/RMM tools.The individual will play a strategic role in driving revenue, shaping the service portfolio, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring P&L growth in the IT Services business.Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Revenue Growth Drive end-to-end sales for Break-Fix, AMC, FMS, and Managed Services across enterprise and mid-market customers. Position managed service models using ManageEngine, Sapphire, and other monitoring/automation platforms. Identify, qualify, and close large multi-year service contracts. Build a strong pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets. Enterprise Customer Engagement Engage with CXO-level stakeholders including CIOs, IT Heads, Infra Leaders, and Procurement Teams. Present service capabilities, tool-based delivery workflows, SLAs, dashboards, and ROI-driven value propositions. Strengthen enterprise relationships across Bangalore and Mumbai ecosystems. Product & Service Portfolio Management Own, refine, and expand the service portfolio for Break-Fix, AMC, FMS, and Managed Services. Define service deliverables, SLAs, pricing architecture, and renewal frameworks. Integrate and promote capabilities in Endpoint Monitoring & Management ITSM workflow automation Remote management dashboards Secure monitoring and automation through Sapphire Conduct competitive benchmarking and enhance offerings for market differentiation. P&L Ownership & Business Planning Manage revenue, margins, and cost optimization for the services business. Design annual business plans, GTM strategies, and geographic expansion roadmaps. Track key operational metrics (SLA adherence, MTTR, renewal rates) and implement improvement actions. Vendor, OEM & Partner Collaboration Collaborate with OEMs (Apple, Lenovo, HP, Dell, etc.) to align and enhance service offerings. Build strong relationships with service delivery vendors, field support partners, and tool providers. Work closely with ManageEngine, Sapphire, and other platform partners for demos, licensing, and GTM support. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Inside Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for solutioning and contract closures. Support commercial negotiations, proposal development, and documentation. Ensure operational readiness for new deployments and service transitions. Key Requirements: 15+ years of experience in IT Services Sales, with strong exposure to Break-Fix, AMC, FMS, and Managed Services. Strong understanding of the Apple ecosystem and multi-vendor environments (Windows, Mobility, Servers, Networking). Hands-on experience with Managed Services platforms such as ManageEngine, Sapphire, SolarWinds, or similar ITSM/monitoring tools. Proven track record of closing large multi-year service agreements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including CXO-level engagement. Strong enterprise network across South and West India. Experience managing P&L, building business plans, and driving long-term growth strategies. High ownership, solution-driven mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
