Engagement Manager- Cross border Investments, Economic Promotion, FDI, Market EntryAbout the Role:As anEngagement Manager , you will play a key role inpromoting international markets as attractive investment destinationsto Indian companies and conglomerates. You will be responsible for engaging withCXO-level leadershipof Indian companies, understanding their global expansion objectives, and facilitating investment attraction in coordination withinternational economic development agencies . Engage with C-suite executives(CEO, CFO, Head of Strategy) to promoteinternational geographiesfor their business growth. Drive lead generation and corporate outreach programson behalf of international EDAs acrossmultiple sectors and regions . Collaborate with global government agencies and EDAs , ensuring effective positioning of their respective geographies. Plan and execute sector-specific outreach , B2B meetings, and international business roadshows. Support inbound and outbound trade/investment missions , facilitating productive corporate engagements. Providemarket intelligence and reportson Indian outbound investment trends and sector-specific insights. Prepare presentations, industry pitches, and reportsaligned with the objectives of our EDA clients.Ideal Candidate Profile:Education & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate inBusiness, Economics, International Relations, or related disciplines . 3- 6 yearsof experience inbusiness development, investment promotion, international trade advisory , ormarket entry consulting . Exposure to working withinternational trade bodies, Corporate Bank, investment agencies, chambers of commerce , orconsulting firmsis preferred.Core Skills & Competencies: Proven capability inCxO-level relationship managementandbusiness development . Strong ability tosell a country/region as an investment destination . Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Solid understanding ofFDI drivers, global trade, and cross-border investment trends . Experience inmanaging corporate outreach ,roadshows , anddelegation visits . Anetwork of Indian corporates, conglomerates, and high-growth enterprisesis a distinct advantage.
