Our work spans corporate films, reels, infographics, animated videos, and static creatives. As we grow, we are looking to strengthen our creative team with an experienced Designer / Visualizer / Art Lead.Role Summary We are seeking a proactive and experienced Designer / Visualizer / Art Lead who can conceptualize, guide, and supervise all visual output across video and static formats. This role requires hands-on design capability along with the ability to lead and guide an in-house designer, define creative direction, and ensure overall quality of deliverables.Key Responsibilities Visualize and design artwork for video content and static creatives, primarily for corporate clients. Lead and supervise all artwork required for video production and static posts. Define visual styles, references, and creative direction for projects. Brief the in-house designer clearly on artwork requirements, style, and execution. Review and oversee the overall look and feel of videos and static creatives to ensure consistency and quality. Coordinate closely with the production team to align visuals with project goals. Create presentation decks and visual concepts when required. Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high creative standards.Skills & Requirements 4–6 years of relevant experience in design, visualization, or art direction. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects (hands-on or review level). Prior experience working on video content or motion graphics is a strong advantage. Experience handling corporate clients or corporate-focused content. Ability to lead, guide, and mentor a designer; not a purely individual contributor role. Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and understanding of design for video and digital platforms. Proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership of creative decisions.
