Operations Manager – Dental RCM (Remote, India)Company:StafGo Health Type:Full-Time | Remote (India-based)About Us: StafGo Health is a U.S.Natinal leader in dental and medical revenue cycle management. We provide comprehensive billing, insurance verification, and credentialing services to dental and medical practices across all 50 states. As our team expands, we’re looking for ahands-on, experienced Operations Managerto lead our RCM operations from India.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage end-to-enddental RCM operations , including claim submissions, insurance follow-ups, AR management, and payment posting. Lead and support backend teams to ensure smooth delivery of services with a focus on accuracy and turnaround times. Manage client onboarding and implementation of billing workflows and SOPs. Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met with consistent quality and performance. Collaborate with internal teams (billing, credentialing, client success) and support special projects as assigned. Generate and maintain detailed operational and performance reports for senior leadership. Drive team efficiency, process improvements, and training initiatives. Act as the bridge between U.S. operations and India-based backend execution.Required Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management , with a strong focus on dental billing and collections. At least 5 years in a senior operations or leadership role , directly managing teams and RCM workflows. Must behands-on and detail-oriented , capable of working across all functional areas of billing. Experience with dental PMS platforms likeDentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, etc. Working knowledge ofmedical RCMis a strong plus. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Must be comfortable usingremote collaboration tools(Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.). Ability to work U.S. hours.This is aremote, full-time role based in India. We are looking for a strategic leader who can execute at a high level, mentor others, and support the company’s rapid growth across multiple practices and specialties.
