Job Role: PYP, MYP & IBDP Teachers (International Baccalaureate)(IB) Location:Ansal Sushant City, LucknowOverview: We are seekingqualified and IB-trained educatorsto join our founding IB teaching team. We invite applications fromPYP, MYP, and IBDP Teacherswho are committed to inquiry-based, student-centred learning and international-mindedness.Key Responsibilities Plan and deliverinquiry-based lessonsaligned withIB philosophy and frameworks(PYP, MYP, or DP). Foster theIB Learner Profile , Approaches to Learning (ATL), and international-mindedness. Design and implementformative and summative assessmentsin line with IB expectations. Collaborate incurriculum planning, unit design, and interdisciplinary learning . Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development. Participate actively inIB professional development , training, and school authorization processes. Work collaboratively with CBSE and IB teams to ensure asmooth transition to IB practices .Eligibility & Qualifications Graduate / Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject. Recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed / PGCE / equivalent). IB Category Training (Category 1 / 2 / 3) in PYP, MYP, or DP – is a prerequisite . Prior IB classroom teaching experience preferred. Strong understanding ofIB pedagogy, assessment practices, and learner-centred instruction . Excellent communication, collaboration, and reflective practice skills.
