OverviewThe Sales Development Representative is responsible for contacting prospects and setting qualified meetings with the sales team to discuss Xcitium Cybersecurity products and services. The SDR will primarily focus on outbound cold calling to generate interest, identify decision-makers, and schedule sales meetings. This role requires integrity, urgency, strong communication skills, curiosity, and passion.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach Identify key decision-makers and understand prospect pain points Schedule qualified meetings or demos for Account Executives Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM system Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trendsRequired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 3–5 years of experience in sales, tele calling, or customer-facing roles Strong verbal and written communication skills Confidence in cold calling and objection handling Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong time management and organizational skills Willing to work in Night Shift and Work from Office. 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Work From Office) Immediate Joiners Required.Office Location: Chennai Egmore
